This is one of my favorite apps from Cydia. I found it while scrolling though the All Packages section in Cydia. It displays a new quote on your Lock screen. It doesn't seem to affect battery life at all too much. It doesn't have any problems like other widgets, just install and it'll work. Its really cool, I've had quotes from famous Greek philosophers to Elvis Presley. Enjoy.
