A full picture guide on how to setup WinSCP with your jailbroken iPod Touch or iPhone firmwares 2.0, 2.1, 2.0.2, 2.0.1, and 2.2. For use with PC. For Mac instead of using WinSCP, use CyberDuck.
1)Open up Cydia

2)Tap on Search at the bottom right corner.

3)In the search box type 'SSH'

4)Tap on 'OpenSSH'

5)Tap 'Install' in the top right corner. If it says 'modify' in the corner, then skip step 6!

6)Tap confirm in the top right corner. Let it install.

7)On your PC go to http://winscp.net/eng/download.php and click 'Installation Package'

8)Download and Install WinSCP.

9)Click on WinSCP.

10)Go to BossPrefs, if you don't have BossPrefs, then install it through Cydia. Make sure that SSH is in the ON position.

11) Look at what it says next to the words Wi-Fi, Should be something like 19.168.11. and some other numbers.

12)In WinSCP click New, on the right.

13)Fill in the box that says host name with the number you saw next to the words wi-fi.

14)Fill in user name with 'root' and password with 'alpine'.

15)Click save and then login, this will take awhile on the first try. If a message comes up push Add to Cache, ignore all other messages that come up.

16)WinSCP and SSH are now fully setup! When you are done, you MUST turn off SSH from BossPrefs. It cuts your battery usage time in half!

Hey
OpenSSH isn't supposed to have an icon. It is always on. To turn on and off SSH, you'll have to download BossPrefs from Cydia.
