5's gum wrappers are one of the most useful objects that is spreading across the world like wildfire. The gum wrappers from 5's gum can be separated into paper and a foil. The foil sticks to almost any surface and gives it a tasty look.

Here is a simple guide to making your own DIY gum wrapper case for your iPod.

You will need one pack of 5's gum that can be bought at any supermarket. You can use different colors but we just used one; green.

Take the wrappers off of a few pieces of gum. Lick the papery backside of the gum wrapper.

You'll need to get it so it is almost soaked with saliva. Once it is, start scratching the paper. Slowly the paper will begin to separate from the foil and you will be able to peel the paper off.

Once you've gotten all of the paper off, take the tin foil and stick it on to your iPod. Keep layering it until you have your desired look.

The gum wrapper case protects from small scratches and bumps. One downside to this DIY case is that it is a real pain to take it off.

the easiest way to remove the wrapper is to stick duct tape on it, press it down, then peel. it will all come off, but you will be stuck with a little residue on you ipod. to remove that, just take a cotton ball with alcohol and wipe it away. :)

I tried and have seen this one, and I find it not to be that sticky. This could be a great idea and more affordable than any wrapper case for a phone.
